Venue rental is governed by your rental agreement
These Terms and Conditions cover our SMS messaging service. They are not the terms of your venue booking. Rental of the Grand Hall, the Council Room or the Bar Lounge is governed by the McGowan Hall Rental Agreement you sign, which sets out payment schedules, cancellation, building policies, catering and bar rules, decorations, set up and tear down, and liability. Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the agreement governs.
