Six hours or twelve, nine in the morning to midnight
You choose a block: up to six hours, or up to twelve. The building is available from nine in the morning and everyone needs to be out by midnight, so a full day rental typically runs something like eleven until eleven.
Set up and tear down sit inside your block. Your time starts when you walk in the door and finishes when the last person leaves, which includes clearing your decorations. That is worth building into your plan when you pick a block length.
If you need the night before for set up or a rehearsal, ask. Subject to approval and availability we can do a separate booking or an hourly rental with a three hour minimum. We may have another room let to someone else at the same time, so it is never guaranteed.
Your caterer, and no minimum on the food
Almost every Indianapolis venue that seats three hundred or more requires you to use their in house catering. We do not, and we never have.
Bring any caterer you like. We hold no preferred list and take no commission. There is no food or beverage minimum on any room on any day. For a large family event where the catering is already decided, and often already family, that is usually the whole reason people end up here.
Alcohol is the exception and we say so plainly: all drink runs through our bar, and outside alcohol is not allowed on the property.
See them in person and decide
A tour takes about twenty minutes and covers the whole building. Bring your headcount and your date and we will tell you straight away what works.
